CELEBRITIES

Our group can offer children and families highly specialized therapies and structured care through multidisciplinary consultations, thanks to our close teamwork. Together, we develop the optimal treatment plan for each individual patient and improve communication with the family and the treating medical professionals. Knowing how important the connection is to the people we help and their families, we place great emphasis on comprehensive, individualized, and empathetic care.

Children born with any type of craniofacial condition are supported by our organization. These conditions include cleft lip and/or palate, craniosynostosis, microtia, and inherited disorders of the head and face.

We offer coordinated, multidisciplinary assessments and treatments by an experienced team of craniofacial experts to meet our patients’ needs as effectively and comprehensively as possible. This allows us to address their needs in a holistic and optimal way. Treatments are offered at our main hospital in Lebanon, New Hampshire, also known as the Craniofacial Clinic, every second and fourth Tuesday of the month. During these visits, team members work in real time on each patient to ensure that all therapy components are fully integrated.

The Face of a Child program is the only one of its kind in Northern New England. It is a comprehensive craniofacial program that includes the assessment and treatment of all types of craniofacial abnormalities. This makes the Face of a Child program unique in Northern New England. The program offers highly skilled medical care in a warm and supportive environment, taking into account the individual needs of each patient and their family. We place great importance on building strong relationships with our patients and their families, as this is the only way we can ensure long-term continuity of care.

We care for over 350 children annually and visit the clinic nearly 600 times. We follow a patient-centered treatment philosophy and strive to actively involve patients and their families in the shared treatment decision-making process whenever possible.

. … In addition to Face of a Child’s clinical services, a full-time craniofacial coordinator plays a vital role in supporting families. This coordinator assists families in implementing the treatment plan developed by the team, following recommendations, and connecting with local providers and community resources.
