Only four years ago, Cole Prohaska weighed over 265 kg. His diet consisted of about 5,000 calories a day, and his movement was kept to a minimum.

He himself admits to having led a very sedentary lifestyle since childhood. From the age of six, he began to gain weight rapidly, and by the age of forty, his body was a heavy burden, making it difficult not only to live, but also to breathe.

In 2021, he stepped on the scale, and it showed the maximum reading—over 265 kilograms. He didn’t even know his exact weight because the scale wasn’t designed for such figures. It was a wake-up call.

But when many would have given up, Cole decided to change everything. He didn’t start with intensive workouts or strict diets—he simply put on his sneakers and went for a walk.

At first, he could only walk a few blocks, panting and stopping at every corner. But he promised himself he would simply keep moving. And he kept his promise.

Every day, he added a little more—a few more steps, an extra minute of walking, a little less to eat. These simple actions became the foundation of his new life.

Gradually, the short walks became a daily workout. As a result, by 2023, Cole had lost 163 kilograms.

But even with such impressive results, he hesitated for a long time to share his transformation. He felt like his old self—uncertain, tired, and alone—was still hiding in his new body.

Today, at 41, Cole is fit, athletic, and confident. He’s no longer afraid to share his photos, videos, and thoughts on social media.

He inspires thousands of people.
