Look how she has disfigured her beautiful face. She is now the woman with the most extreme cheekbones in the world.

LIFE STORIES

She proudly describes herself as a woman of extremes – and once again, she’s sparking intense debate online.

Kyiv-born Anastasiya Pokreshchuk recently appeared in an extremely short mini-skirt while simultaneously sharing throwback photos from before her radical transformation.

The contrast could hardly be more striking: formerly a naturally beautiful girl with soft features – now a woman with dramatically enhanced, self-injected cheekbones that have garnered her worldwide attention.

The new images quickly spread across social media.

Among admiration, fascination, and sheer shock, the comments contained every possible reaction.

Many users were stunned – and their attention focused less on her than on her family.

“I know this woman personally; her parents distanced themselves from her a long time ago,” one user stated.

Others speculated about the reasons behind her drastic transformation: “I feel sorry for her. She’s clearly trying to tell us something. This doesn’t just come from happiness.”

“Perhaps there’s deep emotional trauma behind this?” someone asked.

“Poor girl… she should have sought professional help sooner.”

A particularly common sentiment was compassion for her parents. “My heart breaks for her mother.

No mother would wish this for her child,” read one comment under the posts.

But while the internet passes judgment, a crucial question remains: where does personal freedom end and self-destruction begin?

Is her transformation an act of radical self-determination? An artistic provocation?

A silent cry for help? Or simply a desire to be seen, at any cost?

And above all: how would you react if it were your own child?
